I am a Statistician working in a risk management firm.

I have a simple goal: I want to write better. The best way to achieve it is to write a lot.

I also want to share my experience in exploring how to write well, and hopefully it can be helpful for other people.

So I build this personal blog because it is an inexpensive and efficiency way to communicate with people around the world.

I will update with my weekly review and monthly review on a regular basis and occasionally with technical articles about how I write.
